Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. If the actual shipping cost is lower than the amount charged, we will refund the difference.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

• We only ship to destinations available during checkout.

• Customers are responsible for confirming that the products ordered are permitted in their state or local jurisdiction.

• We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot legally or safely be shipped to their destination.
  

Address Accuracy

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds when the customer receives the product ordered, including for changes of mind, personal preference, flavor, aroma, or individual experience.

We will provide a replacement or full refund only when:

• The product arrives damaged.

• The product received is different from the product ordered.
  

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging. Do not open or use an incorrect product.

If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions and cover any required return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
